Dr. El Tony possesses more than 30 years of professional experience at national and international levels in Hydraulic Structures, Water & Wastewater management, irrigation and drainage projects. Experience included planning, feasibility studies, designing, and execution supervision for improvement and rehabilitation of water projects. He has extensive experience in Water Resources' Management, Irrigation/Drainage Infrastructures, Wastewater treatment and reuse and Environmental issues. He is also experienced in Mathematical Modeling, Hydraulic models, & irrigation networks' simulation Researches. Dr. El Tony’s experience comprised assignments for feasibility studies, technical evaluation and socio-economic and environmental impacts' assessment of water projects. Experience was gained through work with national and international organizations (NBI, CODA, GIF, CIDA SRD, ICARDA, GIZ, Alterra, EU-JRDP), funded by local and multi financiers such as: WB, KFW, DEMP, AFDB, & JIZ.
